Sagbibar'hov

The primary responsibility of the owner of a dog pedigree is subjecting him to assessments and tests exterior character. To this end, surveys are organized breeding and psychological tests, pure-bred dogs, exhibitions and sporting competitions. All these "tests" are designed to establish the quality of breeding material. Without them, progress would not be farmed, and perhaps the same fish farm.
